Vic: Snow report for Sunday, August 26

MELBOURNE, Aug 26 AAP - The Victorian snow report for Sunday, August 26:

Falls Creek: Snow Depth: 123cm. Lifts: 15/16. Very good skiing and snowboarding on
most areas of the resort. Cross country: Excellent skiing on an excellent cover, 54km
of groomed trails. Road open and clear.

Mt Hotham: Snow Depth: 134cm. Lifts: 13/13. Excellent skiing and boarding on a groomed
cover. Cross Country: Very good to excellent on groomed trails. Good skiing to Dinner
Plain. Road: Chains being fitted to 2WDs

Mt Buller: Snow Depth: 72cm. Lifts: 25/25. Very good to excellent conditions on a dry
packed cover. Cross country: Very good conditions on 9km of trails. Road open and clear.

Mt Baw Baw: Snow depth: 60cm. Lifts: 5/7. Excellent on an excellent cover of fresh
snow on areas operating. Cross country: Excellent on fresh snow on resort trails. Good
on Nat Park trails, including St Gwinear link. Road open and clear.

Lake Mountain: Snow depth: 60cm. Cross country: Excellent skiing on an excellent fresh,
groomed cover, upper and lower trails. Road open and clear.

Mt Buffalo: Snow depth: 35cm. Lifts: 5/5. Very good skiing and boarding on a groomed
cover on all areas operating. Cross country: Good to very good on groomed trails. Road
open and clear.

Dinner Plain: Snow depth: 60cm. Lifts: 1/1. Lift open for excellent to very good downhill
skiing. Cross country: Excellent on groomed trails. Road: Chains being fitted to 2WDs.

Mt Stirling: Snow depth: 45cm. Cross country: Excellent on an excellent cover on upper
trails and lower trails. Road open and clear.

Mt St Gwinear: Snow depth: 60cm. Cross country: Very good on a very good cover on the
main trail. Road open and clear.

Mt Donna Buang: Snow depth: 40cm. Good sightseeing and snow play. Road open and clear.

Fees will apply this weekend.
