Vanguard Natural Resources Schedules Release of 4Q and Year-End 2010 Earnings

Vanguard Natural Resources announced it will release its fourth quarter and year-end 2010 financial results and outlook for 2011 before the market opens on Tuesday, March 1.

According to a release, in conjunction with the release, Vanguard has scheduled a conference call that will be broadcast live over the Internet on Tuesday, March 1, starting at 11 a.m. Eastern Time (10 a.m. Central). Prepared remarks by Scott Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Richard Robert, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be followed by a question and answer period.
Live via phone by dialing 1-877-941-8632 or 480-629-9820, for international callers, and ask for the Vanguard Natural Resources call a few minutes prior to the start time.
